We inform you that, for the execution of relationships with its users, customers and suppliers, Quadrifoglio S.p.A. collects data related to them, acquired also verbally, directly or through third parties, classified as “personal data” under Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the so-called “Privacy Code”), the European Privacy Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (Provisions for the adaptation of national legislation to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679). The aforementioned regulations provide first and foremost that those who process personal data are required to inform the data subject about which data are processed and about certain qualifying elements of the processing, which in any case must take place with fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights. Nature of the Data Processed

We process personal and tax identification data, as well as economic data necessary for carrying out relationships with our company’s members. Generally, we do not process any data classifiable as sensitive or of a judicial nature pursuant to Article 4 of GDPR 2016/679; should it become necessary to process data of this type, we will request the data subject’s prior consent.

Purposes of Processing

The data of our users, customers and suppliers are processed to provide the services requested by them, to achieve the associative purposes set out in our articles of association, and in relation to contractual requirements and the resulting fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations, as well as to enable effective management of financial, commercial and administrative relationships. Data will be processed for the entire duration of the relationship and also subsequently, for the fulfilment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

Data processing is carried out using tools and procedures suitable to ensure its security and confidentiality, and may be performed both through paper-based media and with the aid of electronic tools.

Browsing Data

Log files: the IT systems and applications dedicated to the operation of the website www.quadrifogliospa.com collect, in the course of their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable Users. With regard to data we are not required to know, failure to obtain it will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis, and will determine the consequent decisions based on the importance to us of the data requested but not provided.

The data we collect from our users, customers and suppliers is not “disclosed” by us — meaning made known to unspecified parties in any way, including by making it available or accessible. The personal data of the data subject may however be “communicated” by us — meaning made known to one or more specific parties — in the following terms:

– to personnel within our organisation entrusted with processing data, in particular the administrative office staff;
– to parties who may access the data by virtue of legal or EU regulatory provisions, within the limits established by law;
– to parties who need to access the data for purposes ancillary to the existing relationship, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks assigned to them (e.g. credit institutions and freight forwarders);
– to our consultants, within the limits necessary to carry out their assignment with us, following our letter of engagement imposing a duty of confidentiality and security in data processing;
– to other external parties in their capacity as organisers and partners in institutional activities related to courses, meetings, congresses, and any other event in which the data subject participates through Quadrifoglio S.p.A.

Rights of the Data Subject
